Claire Antoine is a French lyric soprano whose artistry combines vocal brilliance with refined musicality. She studied with Jacques Schwarz at the Toulouse Conservatory and with Mireille Delunsch at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyon. During her training, she gained stage experience as a freelance member of the chorus at the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse.

From 2021 to 2023, she was a full-time member of the Opera Studio of Dutch National Opera, where she performed roles such as the First Handmaid (Der Zwerg by Zemlinsky), Dido (Dido and Aeneas) under the direction of Andreas Küppers, and covered the role of Micaëla (Carmen).

Recognized as a rising talent, she was named Talent Adami Classique 2021, one of France's most prestigious distinctions for young musicians. In 2023–2024, she was selected as one of the 15 artists promoted by the Génération Opéra Association.

In 2023, Claire made her debut at La Monnaie in Brussels as Lady Clarence and cover for Catherine d'Aragon in Saint-Saëns's Henry VIII. Soon after, she sang Mère Lidoine (Dialogues des Carmélites) at the Opéra Royal de Liège. Her recent engagements include Ida (Die Fledermaus) in Lille, as well as two roles in Rameau's Castor et Pollux at the Opéra National de Paris.

She is currently based in Zürich, Switzerland.
